Paulinian Chosen FAMAS Best Actress

Another Paulinian, Charo Santos-Concio,  recently made news when she won the Best Actress Award from the Filipino Academy of Movie Arts and Sciences (FAMAS) for her role in the movie, Kun Maupay Man It Panahon.

Charo was an AB Communication Arts cum laude 1976 graduate of St. Paul College of Manila.  Soon after college, she starred in a Mike de Leon film, Itim, for which she won an Asian Best Actress award. 

She has starred in numerous films and won many acting awards, but she made her mark in the industry as long-time President and CEO of ABS-CBN.
