About Our Membership
Critical to sustaining lifelong connections with our Paulinian alumnae and gaining their support and involvement in SPMAFI programs and activities is having an updated Alumni Database. Sadly, we have lost track of a majority of our alumni since they graduated, and participation of the few who have remained in touch with SPMAFI is limited to attendance in alumni homecomings.
Hence, SPMAFI has agreed to collaborate with our alma mater and is supporting Sr. Evangeline’s (President of SPUM) appeal to all alumnae to respond to an online survey designed to update our Alumni Database information and facilitate future contact and communication in order to strengthen the ties that bind us as a global Paulinian community.
We hereby reprint Sr. Evangeline’s letter to alumni on the database update project and ask all members to fill out and submit the registration form.

Dear St. Paul Manila alumna/alumnus,
Greetings of peace and jubilation as we celebrate the 110th Founding Anniversary of your alma mater, St. Paul Manila! There is no better way to commemorate the year 2022 than to re-connect with all those who have passed through the hallowed halls of this school.
It is with great joy, therefore, that St. Paul Manila invites you, the alumni, to update your information in the data base. This will allow your alma mater to send you news and updates about the school; give you information on opportunities for getting more actively involved in school activities, standing committees, or working teams as consultants, speakers, or resource persons; and allow the Sisters, teachers, the officers of the St. Paul Manila Alumni Foundation (SPMAFI), as well as your friends and classmates, to communicate with you, especially on special occasions, and when there are formation and spiritual development activities organized by the school that are intended for your growth and benefit.
May we, therefore, request you to fill out the Membership Information Sheet so that together we can recall and strengthen “those golden links of childhood.”
Thank you very much and may God continue to bless you and your family.
Sr. Ma. Evangeline L. Anastacio, SPC
President
St. Paul University Manila.

Whatever the Alumni Foundation can do now, and in the future, will depend greatly on available financial resources. Unfortunately, the COVID pandemic situation over the past three years has severely depleted SPMAFI’s funds. We were unable to collect substantial alumni fees over this period because we could not hold our usual homecoming event, during which alumni normally paid their dues, and alumni fees contributed by the graduating classes at St. Paul Manila have significantly declined due to lower enrollment numbers in recent years. It is, therefore, imperative that we all update our alumni fee payments through the available payment platforms SPMAFI has created to replenish our funds and undertake meaningful projects that will revive and reinvigorate our alumni community.
Payment Platforms
To encourage greater participation among alumni in SPMAFI activities and projects, we have made the process of registration and payment easier for our alumnae, utilizing the power of technology that is available today. Hence, our new website has the capability to allow you to do the following:
- Register online to participate in homecoming events, enroll in continuing education programs, volunteer for outreach activities, and donate to SPMAFI-accredited fund-raising initiatives.
- Pay for admission fees, enrollment fees, homecoming meal tickets, alumni merchandise, and raffle tickets, and participate in various alumni events, including giving donations to fund-raising projects for SPMAFI advocacies/outreach programs.
- Pay for your Annual or Lifetime Alumni Membership Fees.
SPMAFI has partnered with Paymongo and TOP (The Orange Platform) as alternative payment gateways, which offer the ease of payment through credit cards, GCash, Grab Pay, Maya and other bank transfer systems, which are accessible online through this Website.
